Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authentication certificates are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
